duck 'n DANCE

duck 'n DANCE is a portrait of Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake revisited as a modern African experience. The music, originally written by Tchaikovsky, has been rewritten, adapted and arranged by Rene Avenant. The work was choreographed by the Jazzart Dance Theatre under the direction of Alfred Hinkel and Debbie Goodman and premiered at the Nico Arena in December 1998.
